About formation of the State committee on protection of Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of enhancement of structure of state bodies and increase in efficiency of protection of Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:

1. Transform Committee on protection of Frontier under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State committee on protection of Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Charge to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform financing of content of the State committee on protection of Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2006 at the expense of the means provided on these purposes for Committee on protection of Frontier under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the years ahead their content to perform in general procedure.

3. To make the following changes and additions to the system of the central executive bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 4, 2002 No. 853:

- add item 4 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The state committee on protection of Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- to exclude the paragraph of the eighth of Item 5.

4. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan in a month:

- approve the Provision, structure and the scheme of management of the State committee on protection of Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- provide the suggestions for improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan proceeding from this Decree;

- provide the decisions according to this Decree.
