1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2006 No. 1766 "About approval of Rules of forwarding activities in the Republic of Belarus";
Items 296 and 309 of Rules of motor transportations of the loads approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 No. 970;
subitem 1.30 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 1910 "About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus concerning licensing";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2011 No. 273 "About entering of amendments and changes into Rules of forwarding activities".
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 18, 2019.
