About approval of the National development program of export for 2006-2010

For the purpose of creation in the Republic of Belarus of conditions for development and growth of export volumes, increase in competitiveness of the Belarusian goods and services in the foreign markets the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the National development program of export for 2006-2010 it (is applied) *.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

2.1. bring the National development program of export for 2006-2010 to interested and exercise control of the course of its accomplishment;

2.2. annually till November 30 to submit for approval of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the draft of the actions plan the next year on implementation of the National development program of export for 2006-2010;

2.3. together with interested taking into account the analysis of accomplishment of the National development program of export for 2006-2010 annually till November 20 in accordance with the established procedure to introduce in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus offers on adjustment of forecast parameters of development of export of the Belarusian goods and services on subsequent period.

3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom:

3.1. provide accomplishment of the National development program of export for 2006 - 2010 years;

3.2. annually till August 20 to represent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the offer the next year for inclusion in the actions plan on implementation of the National development program of export for 2006-2010.
