About introduction of amendments to article 14 of the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2019 No. 300/2018

Art. I. - In article 14 of the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2019 No. 300/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 504-511, 838) to make the following changes:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Rates for the services in issue of social payments rendered by the payment service providers chosen as receivers on the basis of the statement and on ensuring payment transfer are determined in the amount of 0,7 of percent the sums issued as the payments financed by means of the government budget and budget of the national social insurance.";

add Article with part (1/1) of the following content:

"(1/1) Rates for the services in issue of social payments rendered by the payment service providers chosen as receivers on the basis of the statement who provide issue of cash payments at home are determined in the amount of 1,0 of percent the sums issued as the payments financed by means of the government budget and budget of the national social insurance.".

Art. II. - The rates established according to this law are applied since January 1, 2019.
