About change of Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156 and of November 4, 2016 No. 907
In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 18, 2018 "About modification and amendments in the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus" and for the purpose of enhancement of activities in the field of forestry the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 152-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 6.46-1 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156:
in the column "Term of Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of the word "10 days" shall be replaced with words "5 days";
to exclude from the column "The Amount of the Payment Levied when Implementing Ministerial Procedure" of the word "not cut down and (or) not exported at the scheduled time";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2016 No. 907 "About measures for realization of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus":
in part three of Item 28 of the Regulations on procedure for the holding timber auctions approved by this resolution, the word of "fund" shall be replaced with words "fund or";
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out monitoring of the woods and use of its data approved by this resolution:
in paragraph three of part one of Item 6 of the word of "harmful insects and diseases" shall be replaced with words "wreckers and diseases of the woods";
in paragraph three of Item 7 of the word of "harmful insects, diseases" shall be replaced with words "wreckers, diseases of the woods";
