2. To the Ministry of Finance to perform function of the founder of public organization "State Assay Chamber".

3. the public organization "State Assay Chamber" is successor of the rights and obligations of the state company "The State Assay Chamber under the Ministry of Finance".

4. To transfer property of the state company "The State Assay Chamber under the Ministry of Finance" to public organization "State Assay Chamber" according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
