I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for approval of issue of export licenses of the goods determined in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2005 N 1304, which are applied.

2. Under approval of issue of export licenses of the goods determined in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2005 N 1304, to assign proceedings to Management concerning state regulation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones.

3. (Melnik V. P.) to provide to management concerning state regulation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. Control of observance of requirements of the specified Provision to assign to the deputy minister of Reguretsky V. V.
