About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About external migration" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 7, the Art. 371) the following change:
Add the law with Article 19-1 of the following content:
"Article 19-1. Expulsion
Foreign citizens and stateless persons after departure of punishment for crime execution or offense are subject to expulsion out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the procedure, the provided international treaties which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic, and the criminal and executive legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic if they have no bases for stay established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of external migration in its territory.
Together with expulsion of the foreign citizen and stateless person out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic by law-enforcement body or body of homeland security the temporary or permanent ban on entry into the Kyrgyz Republic with the obligatory notification of the border service and authorized state body on realization of foreign policy is imposed.
Terms of deprivation of the right of entrance and stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of foreign citizens and stateless persons constitute:
- for making of offenses for which any punishment of the I category prescribed by the sanction of article (part of Article) of the Special part Kodeksa of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses - can be imposed 2 years;
- for making of offenses for which any punishment of the II category prescribed by the sanction of article (part of Article) of the Special part Kodeksa of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses - can be imposed 3 years.
Terms of deprivation of the right of entrance and stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of foreign citizens and stateless persons depending on type of the committed crimes constitute:
- for less heavy - 5 years;
- for heavy - 10 years;
