About introduction of amendments to articles 21.7 and 23.11 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences

1) in paragraph one of Article 21.7 of the word "the military ID or the certificate of the citizen who is subject to conscription" shall be replaced with words "certificates of the citizen who is subject to conscription, the military ID (the temporary certificate issued instead of the military ID), the reference instead of the military ID and the personal electronic card" the word "or" shall be replaced with words "and also";
2) regarding the 2nd Article 23.11:
a) state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2) military commissioners of municipalities;";
b) in Item 3 of the word of "departments of military commissariats" shall be replaced with words "military commissariats of municipalities".
