Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 4, Art. 251; 2007, No. 7, Art. 834; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2009, No. 19, Art. 2279; 2010, No. 23, Art. 2788; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4292; No. 50, Art. 7343; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4260; No. 43, Art. 5799; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3971; No. 29, Art. 4342; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4299; 2018, No. 1, Art. 89) following changes:

1) in Article 6:

a) in subitem 8.1 of Item 1 of the word of Russian Federation to replace with the word of "owner", "federal" shall be replaced with words the word "state or municipal", to add with words of "such property";

b) add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies independently perform functions selling respectively state-owned and municipal property, and also the decisions charge to the legal entities specified in subitem 8.1 of Item 1 of this Article to organize on behalf of the owner in accordance with the established procedure sale of the privatized property which is in property of subjects of the Russian Federation or municipalities and (or) to perform functions of the seller of such property.";

2) in Article 15:

a) to state the subitem 16 of Item 3 in the following edition:
