About modification of the Regulations on procedure for the conclusion of the agreement on acceptance on the debt obligation / provision of guarantees on the credits executive bodies of administrativnoterritorialny units approved by the Order of the Government No. 1136/2007

The government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on procedure for the conclusion of the agreement on acceptance on the debt obligation / provision of guarantees on the credits executive bodies of administrative and territorial units approved by the Order of the Government No. 1136/2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007?, Art. No. 175-177, 1216) to make the following changes:

1) in Item 6:

in the subitem a):

change is made only in the text in state language;

add at the end with the text: ", on condition of consideration at least 3 proposals of potential creditors.";

2) in Item 9:

in subparagraph one with word paragraph two hyphen" (the Minister of Finance, 2 representatives of Head department of public debt, 2 representatives of Head department of budget synthesis, 1 representative of the State Treasury)" to exclude;

in paragraph five the first offer to state in the following edition: "At the level of the Commission the secretariat works.";

The text "After acceptance of administrative and territorial units of decisions by representative and authorized bodies" to replace 3) in Item 16 with the text "After the conclusion of the agreement on acceptance with itself the debt obligation / provision of guarantees on the credits based on the relevant decisions made by representative and authorized bodies of administrative and territorial units";

4) in explanations to appendix No. 1 to the Provision:

a) in Item 1:

the subitem b) to state in the following edition:

"b) the annual program of borrowings, the purposes of debt management policy of administrative and territorial units, and also information on limits of the internal and external debts and the provided guarantees established in the annual budget of administrative and territorial unit";

add with the subitem of b 1) of the following content:
