About modification and amendments in appendices No. 4, 5 and 8 to the Order of the Government No. 1136 of October 18, 2007

In the Order of the Government No. 1136 of October 18, 2007. "About some measures for execution of the Law No. 419-XVI of December 22, 2006 on debt of the public sector, the state guarantees and the state recrediting" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 175-177, 1216), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Appendix No. 4 to add 1) with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. Exception/debt write-off of beneficiaries of recrediting from the Report on the state recrediting is performed according to the order of the Minister of Finance constituted based on the corresponding judgments and/or the decision of the Agency of public services on exception of the legal entity of the State register of legal entities.";

2) appendix No. 5:

"3. For the purpose of effective implementation and monitoring of the projects and development programs financed from external sources, as required, the Government creates special divisions on implementation of projects, tasks and which functions are established in the provisions approved by the order of the Government.";
