According to the Laws of Ukraine "About frontier of Ukraine", "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", the Customs code of Ukraine and in pursuance of Item 24 of the Actions for counteraction to smuggling for 2005-2006 determined by the State program "to Smuggling - STOP" for 2005-2006, Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 01.04.2005 of N 260, we ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for placement in the territories of check points through frontier of Ukraine of the companies which perform the economic or other activity connected with ensuring activities of check points and the companies (organizations) of services industry it (is applied).
2. Consider invalid the order of the State committee on cases of protection of frontier of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 21.05.97 N203/220 "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure for Issue of Permissions to Placement and Functioning of the Companies (Organizations) of Services Industry of Passengers of the Foreign Direction at Check Points through Frontier of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.06.97 for N 206/2010.
3. To department of the organization of customs control (Syomk S. M.) and Legal department (Melnik M. V). The State Customs Service of Ukraine to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days from day of its official publication.
