About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About auditor activities"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About auditor activities" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 10, the Art. 435) the following changes:

1) Article 4 to add with part 4 following of content:

"The auditor performs the activities for the employment contract or the agreement (contract) as the auditor as a part of only one auditing organization.";

"Article 5-1. Capital of auditing organization

1. The basis of the authorized capital of auditing organization is constituted by completely paid authorized capital.

2. The authorized capital of auditing organization is created only in national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic, in non-cash form and at the expense of money of participants (shareholders).

3. The minimum size of the authorized capital of auditing organization constitutes 100000 som.";

In paragraph three of part 2 of Article 8 in official language the word "edition" to replace 3) with the word "development";

Article 9 to add 4) with part 6 of the following content:

"The procedure for certification of the physical persons wishing to be engaged in auditor activities in the Kyrgyz Republic is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
