About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with agreement signature about the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union

"The state foreign trade policy is performed by means of customs and tariff regulation (application of import and export customs duties) and non-tariff regulation (in particular, by quoting and licensing) foreign trade activity according to the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, this Law, other laws and other legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
"The customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words 6) in part 5 of Article 17 of the word "the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of customs affairs".
