According to Articles 7, of 15, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of pricing policy of the National Bank of Ukraine and review of rates for separate services (transactions) of the National Bank of Ukraine provided (performed) by it in the field of depositary customer service of the National Bank of Ukraine and also due to the need to enter rates for new services (transaction) in depositary servicing of foreign depositary, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make changes to rates for depositary services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine, and also on services in accounting and the circulation of the deposit certificates of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 790/8111 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 9, 2017 No. 108) (further - Rates), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

2. To management of depository activity of the National Bank of Ukraine (Andrey Suprun) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine and other participants of the market information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective since March 22, 2019.
