Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1998 No. 814 "About measures for regulation of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 32, Art. 3878; 2005, No. 50, Art. 5304; 2006, No. 3, Art. 297; No. 32, Art. 3569; 2007, No. 22, Art. 2637; 2009, No. 12, Art. 1429; 2010, No. 11, Art. 1218; 2011, No. 22, Art. 3173; 2014, No. 47, Art. 6543; 2018, No. 21, Art. 3023).

Changes which are made to Rules of turnover of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it in the territory of the Russian Federation

1. Add Item 15 with subitems "(7)" - "(9)" the following content:

"(7)) to the staff of services of aviation safety for airborne transportation;

(8)) in law-enforcement bodies - for production of control shooting of firearms with rifle barrel;

(9)) to the legal entities having licenses for production of weapon - citizens of the Russian Federation and legal entities for repair of weapon, including its reduction in the working condition by elimination of defects of details or their replacement, and also recovery of appearance and elements of art finishing of weapon;".

2. In Item 53 of the word "with obligatory simultaneous data output on paper and magnetic carriers" to exclude.
