No. 441-450, 750), Article 69 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107/2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661) DECIDES: the Government

1. The state company "The state news agency "Moldpres" reorganize by transformation to Public organization "The state news agency "Moldpres".

2. The state office to perform function of the founder of Public organization "The state news agency "Moldpres".

3. The public organization "The state news agency "Moldpres" is successor of the rights and obligations of the State company "The state news agency "Moldpres".
