availability at the legal entity - the tax resident of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the rights to technical documentation (the engineering design or the project documentation of the vessel in construction, working design documentation, technological documentation, including 3D models) in the amount sufficient for production, upgrades and developments of the corresponding products, for the term of at least 5 years;

implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation following production and technological operations:

bookmark and assembly of the case of the vessel (plane and volume sections (blocks) made in the territories of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The mass of plane and volume sections (blocks) and materials for the vessel case (metal, composite materials, paints and varnishes) made in the territories of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union shall constitute in relation to the mass of the case of the vessel by 2020 at least 50 percent, by 2022 at least 70 percent, by 2024 at least 90 percent.

Installation and production or use in case of vessel construction since June 1, 2019 are at least 8, since June 1, 2021 at least 16, since June 1, 2023 of all from the following main systems, the equipment and mechanisms (in the presence in the design-technology project documentation of the vessel) made in the territories of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union:

ship heavy lift gears (cranes ship, ship cargo winches) <8>;

the equipment for maneuvering (screws of the fixed step, bow-thrusters, steering machines, screws of regulated step, vintorulevy columns) for self-propelled dredges <8>;

deck equipment (spikes, brashpil, towing and mooring winches, illuminators, doors, hatches, ladders, anchors) <8>;

navigation equipment, systems and means of communication, search equipment <8>;

crash equipment (abandon ship boats and hoisting devices, liferafts) <8>;

motive aggregates for the main propulsion plant capacity to 10000 kW inclusive, ship diesel-generator installations;
