About modification of the Regulations on use of airspace of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on use of airspace of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 6, 2017 No. 954 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 101, the Art. 3118), the following changes:
to add Item 49 after the words "based on international agreements" with the words "and/or according to the legislation of Ukraine";
state Item 50 in the following edition:
"50. In case of delegation to the adjacent state of responsibility for servicing of air traffic the relevant agreement shall contain regulation about its early termination upon the demand of one of the parties in airspace of Ukraine.".
2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies in three-months time to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
