According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the population against infectious diseases" and to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the organization and carrying out preventive inoculations approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 16, 2011 No. 595, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 10, 2011 for No. 1160/19898 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 11, 2014 No. 551) which are applied.
2. Bring in appendices to the State sanitary standards and the rules "Sanitary and Anti-epidemic Requirements to the Healthcare Institutions Giving Primary Medical (Medical and Sanitary) Care" approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 2, 2013 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 8, 2013 for No. 570/23102, the following changes:
1) in appendix 1 line item "Office for inoculations - 12" and the note "* in case of servicing of the population more than 800 people - it is necessary to provide separate office for inoculations." to exclude.
2) in appendix 2 of the word "office of inoculations" shall be replaced with words "Item of inoculations".
