About modification of the Sanitary regulations about pollutants in foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 520/2010

The government DECIDES:

In the Sanitary regulations about content of pollutants in foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 520/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 108-109, 607), to make the following changes:

1) In harmonization formula after the words "with subsequent changes" to add with the text", and also Recommendations 2013/711/of the EU" of December 3, 2013 about reducing content of dioxine, furans and the polychlorinated diphenyls in foodstuff and sterns for animals, published in the Official magazine of the European Union (OJ) No. L 323 of December 4, 2013, and Recommendations of the Commission 2013/165 / the EU of March 27, 2013 about availability of T-2 and NT-2 toxins in grain and grain products, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 91/12 of April 3, 2013";

a) in Items 5 and 10 of the word "in appendix" to replace with the text "in appendix No. 1";

b) in Item 12, subitems 2) and 3) of Item 13, Items 15 and 16 to replace the word "appendices" with the text of "appendix No. 1";

c) in Item 9 "appendix" to replace the word with the text "appendices No. 1 and 2",

d) add with Chapters VI and VII of the following content:

"VI. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS ON DIOXINE, FURANS AND THE POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS IN FOODSTUFF AND STERNS FOR ANIMALS

17. Monitoring of respect of the maximum level of dioxine by operators, the dioksinopodobny PHB and other PHB other than the dioksinopodobny substances provided in appendix No. 2, is performed by the Agency on the basis of the long-term plan of control, according to provisions of the Law 50/2013 on official control for the purpose of check of compliance to the fodder and food legislation and the rules concerning health and wellbeing of animals, and the Law 131/2012 on the state control of business activity:

1) selectively for foodstuff and forages for animals depending on their production, use and consumption;
