1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for ensuring transport control and accounting of goods within trade with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union when importing (import) to the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 23, 2018 No. 396 the following changes:

- state Items 3 and 4 in the following edition:

"3. Accounting of goods and amounts of the moved loads when importing (import) to the Kyrgyz Republic within trade with state members of EEU is performed by bodies of Tax Service for determination of date of import (import) to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of the taxation and traceability of goods, together with:

1) the state bodies involved in work of temporary/stationary Item - in transit goods;

2) authorized organizations in the field of transportation and/or transfer of goods to the owner (consignee) in transit goods:

- by rail - the State company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company (in form according to appendix 9 to this Procedure);
