About modification of Item 11 of the Standard regulations on the children's house nursing home

Make change to Item 11 of the Standard regulations on the children's house nursing home approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 14, 2016 No. 978 "Some questions of social protection of children with disability and persons with disability" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 1, of the Art. 7), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"In case of identification of the facts of evasion of guardians/custodians of full age incapacitated persons and persons whose civil capacity to act is limited, from execution of the obligations (lack of systematic visits of pupils/wards, interest to condition of their health, training, development, rejection of measures for protection of their civil laws and interests) the management of the house nursing home reports about it in guardianship and custody body at the place of residence of guardians/custodians.".
