Declare invalid the resolution of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 6, 2009 No. 30/45/38 "About approval of the Instruction about interaction in case of the omission of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons, vehicles and goods at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at railway stations (stations)".
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 31, 2019.
