About modification of some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In Item 11 of the Concept of the Automated system of supervision of traffic "Traffic control" approved by the Order of the Government No. 40/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012 No. 21-24, of the Art. 61), to state paragraph two in the following edition:

"The service of information technologies subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, including partners within projects of public and private partnership, within the powers conferred by the regulatory base realize functions on ensuring functionality of all System by its creation, implementation, maintaining, development and content."

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 965/2014 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the automated system of supervision of traffic "Traffic control" and changes which are made to the Concept of the automated system of supervision of traffic "Traffic control" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 352-357, 1043), to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

the concept "participant" after the word "subregistrar" to add with the words "partners within projects of public and private partnership";

add with the concept "partners within projects of public and private partnership" of the following content:

"partners within projects of public and private partnership - the state partner, the private partner and commercial societies based only by them for implementation of the project private state of partnership";

To add 2) with Items 32/3 and 32/4 of the following content:

"32/3. Partners within projects of public and private partnership have the right:

1) to provide technical operation and servicing without processing of personal data;

2) to participate in development, creation, expansion and implementation of System, and also posts and units of supervision of traffic;
