About modification of the Regulations on the state system of migration and registration registration, and also production, registration and control of the circulation of identity documents

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the state system of migration and registration registration, and also production, registration and control of the circulation of identity documents approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2015 No. 813 "About approval of the Regulations on the state system of migration and registration registration, and also production, registration and control of the circulation of identity documents" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 33, Art. 4843; 2016, No. 19, Art. 2691; 2017, No. 43, Art. 6326; 2018, No. 40, Art. 6142).

Changes which are made to Regulations on the state system of migration and registration registration, and also production, registration and control of the circulation of identity documents

1. Add Item 8 with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) approximate form of the agreement on interaction between participants of the World system and multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services.".

2. Add Item 10 with the subitem "i" of the following content:

"i) the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services perform receiving and delivery of the identity documents provided by subitems "an" and "b" of Item 5 of this provision including with use of the state system of production, registration and control of passport and visa documents of new generation.".
