About modification of the Customs code of the Azerbaijan Republic

Article 1

1.1. in Article 13-1.2 after words of "the rule of use" to add with words ", including procedure for receipt by participants of foreign trade of the right to permanent use of gating system "Green channel", suspensions, cancellations and recoveries of this right";

1.2. give Article 113.1 in the following edition:

"113.1. Except for movements by physical persons through customs border of the goods which are not provided for dealing purposes before commodity importation on customs area to customs authorities the short import declaration electronically moves. Non-presentation of the short import declaration attracts the administrative responsibility of the applicant, however does not interfere with customs clearance and the omission of goods. The form of the short import declaration is established by relevant organ of the executive authority taking into account international standards and trade practice.";

1.3. in Article 113.3 to exclude the first offer;

1.4. repeal Article 114.2.

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since February 1, 2019.
