About change of the Resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 68

Based on subitem 1.15 of Item 1 of Article 12 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus and subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298, the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 68 "About approval of Rules of cabins of the wood in the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(are applied)";

1.2. in paragraph one of part two of Item 2 of the word "appendices 1" shall be replaced with words "appendices 2";

1.3. in Rules of the cabins of the wood in the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

in Item 8:

to exclude the word of "constants" from the paragraph of the twelfth;

the thirteenth after the words "for construction" to add the paragraph with the words "and contents of forest nurseries, forest seed plantations, selection and genetic objects";

add Item with paragraphs of the following content:

"cabins of invaluable forest plantings for procurement of wood in the fuel and energy purposes;

the cabins of the wood which are carried out when holding actions for prevention of overgrowing of open swamps by wood and shrubby vegetation;

the cabins of the wood which are carried out when holding actions for preserving and recovery (reintroduction) of populations of the wild animals and wild-growing plants relating to the types included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus and (or) to the types falling under action of international treaties of the Republic of Belarus;

cabins of trees in case of withdrawal of cutting areas, laying of trial squares, forest management, carrying out forest pathological monitoring, implementation of radiation control in the woods;

cabins of trees in case of suppression of wildfires, repair and reconstruction of forestry and landscape roads, meliorative systems;

cabins of trees when carrying out research, search, geodetic works.";

add Item 10 with part of the following content:

"The cabin of bush, underbrush and undergrowth when carrying out cabins of the wood in case of lack of possibility of its preserving taking into account technology of their carrying out (the structure of technological network, technological corridors (volok) and loading platforms) is allowed and requirements of safe engineering.";

in Item 11 of the word "republican state body on forestry" shall be replaced with words "the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2016 No. 84";

in Item 14 of the word "approved by republican state body on forestry" shall be replaced with words "approved by the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2016 No. 86";

in Item 20:

state part one in the following edition:

Clear-cutting cabins of the main use without preserving undergrowth are carried out on sites of forest fund on which the number of undergrowth of trees of the main breed of less minimum quantity of undergrowth of trees of the main breed according to appendix 3.
