About modification of some orders of the Government

In pursuance of provisions of the Law No. 231/2010 on domestic trade (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 571) and parts (2) article 12 of the Law No. 166/2017 on coupons on food (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 364 - 370, the Art. 618) DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendices No. 1 and 2 to the Order of the Government No. 1209/2007 about provision of services of public catering (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 180-183, 1281) to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 2 of the word to "permission to activities" shall be replaced with words to "the notification submitted to body of local public authority";

b) in Item 7 of the word "also it is brought in permission to activities" to exclude;

c) add with Chapter V of the following content:

"V. THE CATERING ESTABLISHMENTS USING COUPONS ON FOOD

40. The catering establishments which showed willingness to accept coupons on food as the payment instrument for rendering services of public catering (realization of culinary products) shall sign the service provision agreement in the conditions of article 13 of the Law No. 166/2017 on coupons on food with one or several operators issuing coupons on food. In the agreement conditions and terms of acceptance and cost recovery of coupons on food, and also payment for the accompanying services rendered by the operator are established.

41. Catering establishments which signed service provision agreements with the operators/operators issuing coupons on food shall hang out the special identification tags provided by the relevant operator / the relevant operators at entrance to this company.

42. Based on the service provision agreement signed with the operators/operators issuing coupons on food, catering establishments shall:

a) accept only those coupons on food which are published by operators/operators with whom they signed the service provision agreement;
