Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 765 "About approval of the Procedure for accreditation of healthcare institution" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 29, Art. 61; 2013, No. 2, Art. 40, 2015, No. 92, Art. 3120; 2017, No. 15, the Art. 441) and of March 2, 2016 No. 285 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, the Art. 1184) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of accreditation of healthcare institution, No. 765 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997:
Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. Healthcare institutions (further - organizations) irrespective of pattern of ownership, including pharmaceutical, can voluntarily undergo accreditation.
Accreditation of organization is carried out after receipt of the license for implementation of economic activity by it on medical practice, the license for implementation of economic activity on production of medicines, wholesale and retail trade by medicines, import of medicines except active pharmaceutical ingredients.";
Item 15 to state 2) in the following edition:
"15. Extraordinary accreditation can be carried out at the initiative of organization for the purpose of increase in category, but not earlier than in one year after adoption by the Ministry of Health of the decision on preliminary accreditation.
