Article 1

The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 4, Article 632, No. 12, Articles 2017 and 2036; 2017, No. 4, Article 520, No. 5, Article 743; No. 6, Article 1187) to add 2018, with Article 3.5 of the following content:
