About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About physical culture and sport"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 11, 2004
Article 1. "About physical culture and sport" (of June 26, 2001, ZR-196, further - the Law) to state article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"Article 1. This Law establishes the principles of state policy in the field of physical culture and sport, bases of organization-legal and financial and economic basis of system of physical culture and sport.".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 2.1 of the following content:
"Article 2.1. Legislation on physical culture and sport
The legislation on physical culture and sport consists of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, this Law, other laws and legal acts.
If international treaties of the Republic of Armenia establish other regulations, than are provided by this Law, then regulations of international treaties are applied.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
