For the purpose of ensuring payment of the one-time monetary assistance to veterans of war, to persons on whom operation of the Laws of Ukraine "Expatiates on the status of veterans of war guarantees of their social protection" and "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) in 2019 payment till May 5 of the one-time monetary assistance provided by the Laws of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" and "About the victims of Nazi prosecutions" (further - the monetary assistance), is performed by the Ministry of social policy by money transfer on the specified purposes to structural divisions concerning social protection of the population regional, Kiev city public administrations (further - regional social security authorities of the population) which distribute them between structural divisions concerning social protection of the population of district, district public administrations, executive bodies in Kiev city, district in the cities (in case of their education) councils (further - district social security authorities of the population).

District social security authorities of the population transfer funds through post offices or organizations of banks on personal accounts of citizens in the place of receipt of pension (to persons who are not pensioners, - in the place of their accommodation or receipt of monetary pay) in the following sizes:
