About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About management of the apartment building"

Article 1. Item 3 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About management of the apartment building" (from May 7, 2002, to add with ZR-334) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"In the apartment building under construction before execution of the act of operation in accordance with the established procedure the owner has the right to sell, grant, exchange, and also to pledge respective share of the parcel of land in the right to common ownership, and also it can be exchanged according to the procedure of comprehensive legal succession. After execution of the act of operation the parcel of land can be aloof only together with the apartment.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
