Article 1. 4 Articles 12, part 4 Articles 13, the second paragraph of part of 1 Article 14, parts 3, 4, 5 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 7, 2002 ZR-334 "About management of the apartment building" after the word "seal" to add part with words "(if the company has seal)".
Article 2. The second offer of part 3 of article 22.1 of the Law after the words "fastened with seals" to add with words "(at the request of governing body of the apartment building)".
Article 3. In the first offer of part 7 of article 17 of the Law "shall" replace the word with the word "can", and "seal" to exclude the word from the second offer.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
