Article 1. Of May 7, 2002 "About management of the apartment building" (further - the Law) words" (if is legal entity or governing body of the building - also seal (if the company has seal))" to exclude ZR-334 from parts 4 of Articles 12 and 13 and the second paragraph of part 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia.

Article 2. To state part 7 of article 17 of the Law in the following edition:

"7. The governing body of the building can have forms. Management functions by the building which created condominium are performed according to forms of condominium.".

Article 3. Regarding 3rd article 22.1 of the Law of the word "fastened with seals of police and governing body of the apartment building (at the request of governing body of the apartment building)" shall be replaced with words "under seal polices".

Article 4. In article 26 of the Law:

1) from the first offer of part 3 of the word "seal (if the company has seal)" to exclude, and from the second offer the word "seals", to exclude;

2) from parts 4 and 5 of the word "seal (if the company has seal)" to exclude.

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
