2) again placed additional shares of new category (type) and issued securities or additional preferred shares converted into them with benefit in priority of receipt of dividends and the issued securities converted into them in the quantity pro rata to the number of the stocks of public society owned by them.";

b) add with Items 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
