About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the cast aluminum rims coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 107 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the cast aluminum rims imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union representing wheels tradable of aluminum with a diameter from 13 to 20 inches inclusive with the most permissible load no more than 1150 kg with diameter of central opening up to 131 mm inclusive coming from People's Republic of China and classified by codes 8708 70 500 1 and 8708 70 500 9 CN FEA EEU, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.

2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided both by codes of the CN FEA EEU, and description of goods.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
