1. Appendix No. 3 to the Quality requirements and trade in seeds of fodder plants approved by the Order of the Government No. 836 of November 11, 2011 (2011, Art. No. 197-202, 917), with subsequent amendments and changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Items 36-38 of the following content:
"36. Odnorostkovy seeds and exact seeds of Beta vulgaris L. shall correspond to the conditions given in table 3.
