About approval of the Regulations on types and rules of remuneration of government employees

For the purpose of ensuring execution of article 24.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" I decide:

1. Approve "Regulations on types and rules of remuneration of government employees" it (is applied).

2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.

Regulations on types and rules of remuneration of government employees

1. This Provision is prepared based on article 24.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service" and establishes types and rules of remuneration of government employees.

2. The period (settlement period) taken into account for remuneration establishment, and condition of remuneration is determined by management of state body where the government employee serves.

3. Government employees are encouraged by the following types of remuneration for results of work:

collective remuneration;

personal remuneration.

4. Collective remuneration of government employees is performed in the following cases:

in case of timely and high-quality performance of works on the main activities of state body;

in case of timely accomplishment of important state tasks by state body;

in connection with the days of national holidays and other significant events established by the legislation.
