Article 1. Bring in part 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 25, 2005 "About fight against corruption" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2005, No. 7, Art. 402; 2007, No. 7, Art. 660; 2008, No. 10, Art. 800; 2011, No. 12, Art. 837; 2014, No. 3, Art. 148; 2017, Art. No. 1-2, 8, Art. 9, No. 5, h 1, Art. 297; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 2, 2019, No. 1564) the following change and amendment:

- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"-criminal record availability for the crime committed on imprudence;";

- add with the paragraph the second the following content:

"-if for making of intentional crime it was condemned or based on Article 32 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan for making of heavy and especially serious crimes it was exempted from criminal liability;".
