About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of transplantation of anatomic materials of the person

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Paragraph one of part one of Article 290 of the Civil code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the offer of the following content: "Person aged up to 18 years can be the living donor of haematopoietic stem cells according to the law".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About application of transplantation of anatomic materials of the person" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, No. 28, the Art. 232):

1) paragraphs the fifth, the ninth, fourteenth and twenty sixth to state parts one of Article 1 in the following edition:

"close relatives and family members - the husband, the wife, the father to have, the stepfather, the stepmother, the son, the daughter, the stepson, the stepdaughter, the brother, the sister, the cousin, the cousin, the native aunt, the native uncle, the native nephew, the native niece, the grandfather, the grandmother, the great-grandfather, the great-grandmother, the grandson, the granddaughter, the great-grandson, the great-granddaughter, the adoptive father or adopted, the guardian or the custodian, person which is under guardianship or custody and also faces which jointly live are connected by general life and have the mutual rights and obligations, including persons who jointly live, but are not in scrap";

"the activities connected with transplantation - medical services in withdrawal of anatomic materials at living donors, to withdrawal of anatomic materials at donor corpse, to storage and transportation of the anatomic materials of the person intended for transplantation, transplant coordination, performed by healthcare institutions or services in withdrawal of anatomic materials at donor corpse, to storage and transportation of such materials for production of bioimplants";
