About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 8, 2018 No. 127

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 8, 2018 No. 127 "About approval of Rules of categorization of objects of critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation, and also the list of indicators of criteria of the importance of objects of critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation and their values" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 8, the Art. 1204).

2. To subjects of critical information infrastructure - to state bodies and public institutions to approve the list of the objects of critical information infrastructure which are subject to categorization till September 1, 2019.

3. Recommend to subjects of critical information infrastructure - to the Russian legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs to approve the list of the objects of critical information infrastructure which are subject to categorization till September 1, 2019.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 8, 2018 No. 127

1. In Rules of categorization of the objects of critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 3 with words "in areas (spheres), stipulated in Item the 8th article 2 of the Federal law "About Safety of Critical Information Infrastructure of the Russian Federation";

b) to add Item 6 after paragraph two with the paragraph of the following content:
