About modification of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2015 No. 667 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 73, Art. 2402; 2016, No. 2, Art. 67; 2017, No. 4, the Art. 124, the Art. 152), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety issues of foodstuff and consumer protections

1. To add Item 1 and the subitem 1 of Item 3 after words of "the sanitary legislation" with words ", sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population (except accomplishment of functions on realization of state policy in the field of epidemiological surveillance (observation) and in the field of occupational health and functions on implementation of radiation control of workplaces and doses of radiation of workers), on control of the prices".

2. To add the subitem 2 of Item 3 after words of "the sanitary legislation" with words ", sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population (except accomplishment of functions on realization of state policy in the field of epidemiological surveillance (observation) and in the field of occupational health and functions on implementation of radiation control of workplaces and doses of radiation of workers)".
