1. In the Regulations on margins of solvency and liquidity rate of the insurer (overcautious person) approved by the Resolution NKFR No. 2/1 of January 21, 2011 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, the Art. No. 59-62, 310) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 812 of 08:04. 2011, with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes:

1) In all text of provision and in appendix No. 1:

a) the words "one third of the minimum margin of solvency", "one third of the minimum margin of solvency" and "one third of the size of the minimum margin of solvency" shall be replaced with words "one second minimum margins of solvency", "one second minimum margins of solvency" and "one second sizes of the minimum margin of solvency";

b) the words "parcels of land or structures" and "parcels of land and structures" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "real estate" in the corresponding grammatical form.

2) In item 4:
