In the Regulations on margins of solvency and liquidity rate of the insurer (overcautious person) approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 2/1 of January 21, 2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 59-62, of the Art. 310), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 812 of April 8, 2011, to make the following changes:

1) in the subitem 1) of Item 9 the text "to which is applied 1,25 coefficient" to exclude;

2) in appendix No. 4 in the Instruction for filling of Form MMP_O/GMP_O:

a) in Items (1) and (2) the text "to which is applied 1,25 coefficient" to exclude;
