About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008

Art. I. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. To state the sanction of Article 330 in the following edition: "attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 12 to 42 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 15 to 45 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 45 to 55 conventional units.".

2. State Article 419 in the following edition:

"Article 419. National bureau of statistics

(1) Offences, stipulated in Article 330, are stated and considered by National bureau of statistics and the regional centers of statistics.

(2) the CEO of National bureau of statistics, deputy directors general, chiefs and deputy chiefs of the regional centers of statistics has the right to consider cases on the offenses provided by part (1), and to impose penalties.".

Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
