the wood lot is created in the territory of the forest areas located in borders of the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation which density of population by 15 times exceeds average density of population of the Russian Federation;

the annual volume of investment into the fields of development of the woods on the wood lot is at least 10-fold amount of the rent calculated taking into account application of the specified coefficient.".
