3. Main objectives of survey of vehicles are:
- ensuring proper technical condition of the vehicles rendering services to legal entities and physical persons;
- creation and market grouping of the transport services conforming to normative and technical requirements to railway vehicles.
4. All vehicles rendering services in transportation of goods, passengers and baggage on city, suburban, long-distance and international carriages are subject to survey of technical condition.
5. Frequency of survey is established by the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan according to requirements of the regulating documents.
